The steel used is high-quality Aisi Inox 316L steel, also known as marine grade, superior to AISI 316. It differs from AISI 316 stainless steel due to its lower carbon content—the #L# stands for #low carbon#. This makes steels in this series particularly resistant to corrosion (especially pitting) even in highly reducing and highly saline environments, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. Unlike solar-heated outdoor showers, you don't have to worry about placing this shower only under direct sunlight. The only limitation is your choice.

Marine grade 316L steel is the only material suitable for use in spas. This specific steel alloy offers a range of unique features that make it ideal for withstanding the harsh environmental conditions and corrosive environment typical of spa facilities.

Spas are environments characterized by high humidity, variable temperatures, and the constant presence of thermal water, which often contains mineral salts and corrosive substances. In these extreme conditions, many materials can deteriorate quickly, but marine grade 316L steel is designed to meet these challenges.

The main distinguishing feature of marine grade 316L steel is its exceptional resistance to corrosion. This alloy contains a higher percentage of chromium and molybdenum compared to standard marine steel, which gives marine grade 316L steel greater resistance to corrosion in high humidity environments and in the presence of salts and acids found in thermal waters.

Marine grade 316L steel forms a protective layer of chromium oxide on its surface, which prevents the corrosive action of harmful substances. This layer offers superior protection compared to other types of marine steel, ensuring the long-term durability of spa structures.

Placement:
It is recommended to install the stainless steel outdoor shower on a solid, perfectly flat and level surface, capable of supporting the weight of the shower and preventing it from falling, such as a concrete, stone, or cement base. Fastening is done using the supplied anchors and the included C-BOX.

Some tips:

It is recommended to flush the system before connecting the water pipes to prevent dirt and impurities from entering the shower and causing malfunctions.
To prevent limescale buildup, it is strongly recommended to install a suitable filter at the water inlets and to periodically clean the shower, nozzles, and shower head. Our quick-fix C-BOX system makes assembly and disassembly particularly easy. The C-BOX is equipped with a special cover to protect the water connections from dirt, preventing possible pipe blockages when the shower is disassembled.
Before winter or in case of prolonged non-use, it is recommended to shut off the water supply and completely drain the shower. Additionally, it is advisable to disassemble the shower and store it during the winter or protect it with suitable covers.

Cleaning:

To prevent stains caused by limescale on the external parts of the shower, simply clean it with a damp cloth and mild soap, rinse, and dry.
Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaners or those containing alcohol, hydrochloric acid, or phosphoric acid.
